Mycs33 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "mycs33" / "Platform" / "We" — refers to mycs33 and all entities, websites, applications, and services operating under the mycs33 brand in Malaysia.
• "User" / "You" / "Member" — refers to any individual who has registered an account or is using mycs33's services.
• "Account" — refers to the personal account registered by a User on mycs33 using valid personal information.
• "Funds" — refers to the balance in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) held in a User's mycs33 account.
• "Bonus" — refers to any credits, rewards, cashback, or promotions granted by mycs33 to Users subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "Bet" — refers to any activity involving the placement of money on the outcome of a sports event, casino game, or any other game offered on mycs33.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus or reward funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.

To register and use mycs33's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Residing in or legally located within a region that permits the use of online betting platforms.
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration — including your full name, identification number, phone number, and a valid email address.
• Never had an account previously closed by mycs33 due to a breach of Terms.

Each User is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at mycs33. Multiple account registrations — whether using the same or different details — are a serious violation. mycs33 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated funds or bonuses.

• All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the mycs33 system. No appeals will be entertained for outcomes that have been correctly calculated by the system.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, mycs33 reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the wager to the player's account.
• For Sports Betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the applicable odds — any changes in odds after the bet is confirmed will not affect that bet.
• Mycs33 reserves the right to reject or void any bet suspected of involving match fixing, insider information, or other fraudulent activity.
• All slot and number games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by an independent auditing body to ensure fairness.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mycs33 platform and may result in immediate account termination:

• Registering more than one account to obtain bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Using bots, automation, artificial aids, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing others to access your account.
• Transferring funds between different mycs33 accounts for the purpose of withdrawing bonuses.
• Using the mycs33 platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the technical operations of the mycs33 platform in any way.
• Registering an account using a false identity, another person's name, or falsified identification documents.

Mycs33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or close the account of any User under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match manipulation.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• A voluntary account closure request (self-exclusion) on responsible gaming grounds.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the mycs33 support team via live chat. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions have been met and there are no outstanding issues.

Mycs33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct or indirect — arising from:

In all circumstances, mycs33's maximum total liability to any User shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that User in the 30 days preceding the claim.
